 The 200-1600/10 Type on load oil immersed transformer is suitable for power system with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 10kV or below. It is used as power distribution and lighting load substation equipment of small and medium-sized substations, industrial and mining enterprises and institutions.

3.1 Iron core
We choose cold rolled sillicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity and grain orientation to make iron cores. The core is fully inclined stacked. The column is a circular section with multistage steps, and the yoke and iron core are of equal cross-section.

 3.2 Windings
The winding adopts corrugated oil duct, non paint dipping process and tight band binding. Also, the winding is concentric type coil. The high voltage winding has tap corresponding to tap voltage requirements. The switch is installed on the box cover, and the tap voltage can be changed without cutting off the power supply. The switch operating mechanism has manual and automic functions.

3.3 Safety protection device

800-2000kVA transformer is equipped with gas relay.

800-2000kVA transformer is equipped with pressure relief valve.

 3.4 Oil protection device

All transformers are equipped with oil conservator. One end of the oil conservator is equipped with oil level gauge.

The oil conservator of transformer shall be equipped with moistyre absorber with oil seal.

3.5 Oil temperature device

All transformers are equipped with tube seats of glass thermometer, which are set on the top of oil tank and extend into the oil for 120 +/- 10mm.

1000-2000kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer.

3.6 Oil tank and accessories

The welding position of the box bottom bracket should meet requirements of GB6451-2008.

The lower part of the oil tank is equipped with an oil sample valve, and the lower part of the transformer oil tank is equipped with a large enough oil drain vavle.
