Product Description

 

 

S11-M-30-2000/10 sealed oil-immersed transformer serves power system of AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 10kV. It is suitable for petroleum, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, light industry enterprises and dusty locations.

3.1 iron core
The core is cold rolled silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity3.1 iron coreand grain orientation . The core is a core type core and a fully inclined seamstacked core . Its core column is a circular section with multistage steps , andthe yoke and iron core are of equal cross-section.

3.2 windings
The winding adopts corrugated oil duct , no paint dipping process and tightband binding ; the winding is concentric coil ; the high-voltage winding hastap corresponding to tap voltage requirements , which is led to the tapchanger . The switch is installed on the box cover , and the tap voltage canbe changed after the power supply is cut off .

3.3 safety protection device
30-2000KVA transformer is equipped with pressure relief valve
Gas relay with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements.

3.4 oil temperature measuring device
All transformers are equipped with tube seats of glass thermometer , which are set on the top of oil tank and extend into the oil for 120 + 10 mm ;1000-2000KVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer.

3.5 transformer tank

The oil tank of transformer is composed of corrugated wall , the surface is sprayedwith dust and the paint flm is frm . The corrugated heat sink not only has coolingfunction , but also has " breathing function . The elasticity of corrugated heat sink cancompensate for the change of transformer oil volume caused by temperature riseand fall . Therefore , the fully sealed transformer has no oil conservator and reducesthe overall height of transformer.

The vacuum oil injection process is adopted in the packaging of the transformerto completely remove the gas in the transformer , and the transformer oil doesnot contact with the air . It can effectively prevent oxygen and moisture frominvading the transformer , which may lead to the degradation of transformerinsulation performance and the aging of transformer oil.
